Return/Replacement Policy
We would like to provide you return or replacement only under certain conditions noted below.
• In case of a damaged product. We follow high-quality shipping standards but in-transit damages might occur. In such cases, customers are requested to provide the unboxing video.
• In case of non-delivery of the product due to any logistical issue from our end.
• In case of an item delivered is not same as ordered.
Disclaimer : Due to photography & monitor display constraints, the actual product colours might slightly vary a bit. However, we make our best efforts to showcase & deliver the same.
Exchanges are available !
We are glad to make an exception for few products. Please note in the product description if the item is eligible for the exchange.
If any exchange information is not mentioned in the product description then the item will not be eligible for exchange.
A few simple steps for return / replacement / exchange
• Kindly contact us within 3 days of receipt of the order. For return / replacement / exchange, contact only via mail ( rayfineornates@gmail.com ).
• Write us your issue by dropping an email with the subject “ Return / Replacement / Exchange Order ” with an unboxing video as an attachment.
• Get your request approved. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory for getting your request approved.
• Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hrs of receiving the request mail.
Note: We only issue credit notes, no refunds are initiated but we’ll be happy to assist you. Feel free to reach out to us for any queries or feedback. We are here to produce an effective way out for any of your concerns.
We’re afraid but return / replacement / exchange is not available for items purchased on sale / offer / customised.
Shipping & Tracking
We, at RAY, are as excited as you to deliver the product safe on time. Please note that
- Domestic Shipping is FREE.
- International shipping will be charged extra depending upon the country to be shipped.
- Domestic orders are shipped & delivered within 5-7 working days but in case of any customisation or unforeseen conditions, please allow us some extra time extending to within 10 days of order.
Tracking information will be mailed/texted to you along with your bill. Please visit the courier service provider’s official website to track your product by entering the tracking ID.
